motivation comes and goes. I think the main thing to stick to a healthy lifestyle is to truly desire it. To want it bad enough. Even if you binge or dont work out for a few days dont give up. Its normal to gain weight. I think one of the most un-motivational things to do is 1) go on the scale and 2) comparing yourself to others. xx
